VALORANT Challenge Rules

Challenges are a new and exciting leaderboard experience on Generation Esports! To start, 

  1. Create an account on Generation Esports
  2. Connect your VALORANT account by setting a game connection on Generation Esports. 
  3. Play 5 games of Competitive queue in VALORANT to get on the leaderboard

Leaderboard scores are calculated for challenges in two different ways. You earn points based on your KDA, combat score, eco score and a scoring modifier based on your rank to ensure fair gameplay across all ranks. Be sure to check the leaderboard to see which calculation is being used!

  1. Aggregation - Your top 5 games are totaled up based on our custom algorithm for your in-game performance.
  2. Average - Your top 5 games are averaged based on our custom algorithm for your in-game performance. 

The Daily Grind

The Daily Grind is the newest challenge series by Generation Esports. Split into a free and premium leaderboard, players have the opportunity to win their share of over $3,600 throughout the year. With splits running every two weeks you will have plenty of opportunities to compete and win.

Free Leaderboard

The free leaderboard is open to anyone to play! Simply connect your account and play competitive games to get ranked!

Prizing:

  • The top 20 from every split will be guaranteed a free pass into the next split's premium leaderboard
  • An additional 10 passes will be raffled to the remaining participants. The higher you are on the leaderboard, the better your odds of winning.

Premium Leaderboard

Want to have the chance to win big? Buy yourself a $5 split pass to be entered onto the premium leaderboard to earn better prizing. The best part? If you keep winning you only need to pay ONCE. The top 30 from each premium split is guaranteed free entry into the next split of The Daily Grind.

Eligible Passes

Split passes will be available for purchase at the start of every split. To purchase your pass, visit the Battle Pass purchase page at https://app.generationesports.com/battle-passes

  • The top 20 from every split will be guaranteed a $10 VALORANT gift card and FREE entry into the next split's premium leaderboard.
  • Additionally, 10 more passes will be raffled to the remaining players in the premium bracket. Again, the higher you climb the leaderboard, the higher odds you have of being drawn.

Homeroom Heroes

Are you a high school player and want to earn even more? Register and play in Homeroom Heroes to DOUBLE your earning potential. By playing in Homeroom Heroes, you double every aspect of challenges. That means you have the chance of taking your share of over $3,600 in challenge prizing.
