WHO CAN PLAY AND HOW DO I GET STARTED?

The Stride spring season is a private community for all Stride High Schools in the US and who are registered with Stride.

  1. Sign Up. Any school interested in competing in Stride Esports League must apply for approval. For a team to register, a supervising adult is required. Any coach acquiring the supervisor role must create a Generation Esports account.
  2. Join the Stride Community: On the left hand bar select Communities and scroll through the page until you find the Stride Esports League Community and click the + button in the upper right hand corner of the Stride Community box. On the next page select School Admin/Coach and Create New Team from the drop down menu, fill out the information on the registration form and your team will go through a short approval process.
  3. Team Approval. After the application has been filed, the school team will be approved by a Stride representative and the team will receive a status of approval on Stride. You will receive an email confirming your team’s verification once it is activated. The process takes approximately one to two days. Once your team is approved, select “Teams” on the left side of your dashboard and click on your team name to access your team’s info page.
  4. Add members. From your Team Dashboard, select “Members” on the top of the page and then click the  "Add Members" button. From this popup menu you’ll have options to invite members by either email or by generating an invite link that you can share.

From the popup window, select the game you wish to add from the dropdown menu and enter the screen name you use(please include the numbers included in your Battlenet tag and Switch Friend Code). Make sure to do this for every game you wish to participate in.
