Contacting an Admin/Filing a Match Dispute
With Support and Tournament Administrators spending less time monitoring Discord, players and teams are requested to follow the listed methods of contact for issues they experience during the tournament.
- General Questions/Information
- For any questions or general information inquiries may be directed to either the Live Chat https://static.zdassets.com/web_widget/latest/liveChat.html?v=10#key=generationesports.zendesk.com or Ticket System https://help.generationesports.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
- Live Issues
- Teams will need to use our Live Chat tool https://static.zdassets.com/web_widget/latest/liveChat.html?v=10#key=generationesports.zendesk.com in order to report an issue that is happening in their game. Live issue reports include but are not limited to the following instances that happen while the game is still being played:
- Gameplay Interruption
- Technical Issues
- Incorrect Game Connections
- Incorrect Match Settings
- The use of banned items/characters/skins
- Live issues must be called out and reported to an Administrator as soon as it's noticed. Live issue reports will not be accepted after a match has concluded and/or the match results have been submitted.
- Teams will need to use our Live Chat tool https://static.zdassets.com/web_widget/latest/liveChat.html?v=10#key=generationesports.zendesk.com in order to report an issue that is happening in their game. Live issue reports include but are not limited to the following instances that happen while the game is still being played:
- Match Disputes
- Match Disputes will need to be filed by submitting a support ticket https://help.generationesports.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Teams should file Match Disputes for issues pertaining to:
- Inappropriate or Harassing Behavior
- Incorrect Match Results
- Cheating/Hacking Reports
- Other Non-Live Issue Rule Violations.

Overall Spectator Rule Update
- In tournaments where teams are permitted to have a spectator in their lobby for the purpose of streaming the game, a rule update has been implemented to prohibit the use of the new Generation Esports Wizard streaming service. All spectator streams will still be required to be broadcast on the School’s Twitch or Youtube channel.
Rocket League
- Spectator Slot
- Rules surrounding the use of the spectator slot in Rocket League official matches have been updated. Please see the Rocket League-specific rules for more information.
- 2v2
- Rocket League 2v2 is here! They will use the same rules as normal MSEL Rocket League, the only change is the adjusted lobby size.
- The roster for 2v2 Rocket League will follow the same size rules as other games. Making the max roster size 4.
