Qualifiers into the Main Event

  • League admins invite all 50 drivers into the league and stay in the league with no further removal and re-adding week to week.
  • The only event other than practice sessions is on the actual race day.
  • Heat formats allow us to let all 50 drivers enter the server at once. Here’s an example: All 50 drivers qualify for 2 heat races of 25 drivers. Heat 1 are odd numbers of qualifying positions (1, 3, 5, 7, etc.) Heat 2 is the even number of qualifying positions (2, 4, 6, 8, etc.). The top 10 drivers from each heat transfer directly to the Main Event give us 20 drivers.
  • From here, there is one final “last chance” race where everyone (30 drivers) who has not qualified for the main race can run a race, and the top 4 finishers make the main event (24 drivers total)
  • Main Event – 24 drivers through heats and last chance race.
  • All of these races are on the same server.
  • This format allows all 50 drivers to participate on race days and try to earn a spot in the “Main Event.”
  • There is a “Main Event” race each Saturday (Regular Season)
